Mom Shaking With Fear Leaves Crowd In Tears

Moms are the absolute greatest. So selfless, they do things they abhor the thought of just to make their children smile. Sian Pattison is no different, and shaking with fear, she proved it this year on Britain’s Got Talent!

Sian is a 31 year accountant and mother of 3. Like most moms, she likes to sing to her children. Oh, and did I mention she also happens to have terrible stage-fright?

You read that right! This shy, sweet mom is as meek as a mouse! Deep-rooted fears aside, when her daughter signed her up to audition for the popular TV show, she stepped up to the challenge in a BIG way!

Though she looks like the most uncomfortable person on the planet, Sian is made of strong stuff. She manages to stay on the stage, even after Simon cuts her off mid-song and asks her to sing something completely different! Her demeanor might be shy and skiddish, but this mom’s got huge talent!

You would never think a voice like hers could come out of THAT frame! Her performance is so powerful it will leave you begging for more! Give us a like on Facebook to be kept in the loop, and head on over to the next page to watch her move the audience to tears!

Meet The Little Drummer Girls!

Until pretty recently, the realm of percussion has largely been dominated by males. Not that there is anything wrong with that! In fact, we couldn’t be more thankful for the likes of John Bonham, Dave Grohl, Mike Portnoy, Lars and the like! We have been so percussively blessed.

That being said, it has been a long time coming that females started showing up on the drumming scene and laying down beats to rival the greats. So what could be more impressive than competing with some of the best drummers on the planet? Doing it before you’re twenty!

We decided to throw these girls a bone (or stick?)  and create a list of 10 videos showcasing some of the world’s greatest female drummers, all under the age of 20. Watch out though! These beats will make you move!

10. Paulina Villarreal Velez– This 10 year old can pound the drums with the best of them! She is from Mexico where she is the drummer for a popular rock band there called The Warning. Let us warn YOU though, her nickname is shredder for a reason!

9. Kanade Sato-Not only can this girl beat the hell out of the drums, she’ll trick you too! This 12 year old prodigy walked up to a full drum set in the middle of a Japanese mall and took a seat. She picks up the sticks and starts tapping different heads as if she’s never played before, then shocks the crowd by playing this.

8. Luo Xiao Bai– Also known as S. White, this 15 year old is well known throughout Taiwan for her impromptu street performances. While she totally crushes it on the drums, she also steals the show with her excitement that courses through her music, right into her audience! See for yourself here.

Every single year, the talent on America’s Got Talent never ceases to amaze us. Of course, when there are talented kids on the show, it’s even more impressive. Seeing all of the talent and skills harnessed in one tiny body is simply amazing.

These 10 kids are by far the cutest and most talented kids to step foot on the AGT stage.

Out of the twelve incredible seasons of the show, these awesome kids really blew the judges away. And the crowd too!

10. Darci Lynne — At just 12-years-old, Darci Lynne is an insanely talented ventriloquist. Her performance with her puppy Petunia leaves Simon blushing.

9. Christian Guardino — Even though the 16-year-old was very nervous. He busted out a performance so full of soul that you won’t believe it’s actually him singing.

8. Evie Clair — This 13-year-old gives a chilling performance dedicated to her father and his battle with stage 4 colon cancer. There isn’t a dry eye in the house. Make sure to grab a tissue.

Maddy Dellaca is an adorable two-year-old from Iowa who absolutely adores her dad and loves watching him sing. The toddler always watches her dad intently when he sings and plays music, she’s clearly taking mental notes.

Chelsea, Maddy’s mom, recently overheard her precious daughter singing in the next room and grabbed a camera to film it. The sweet toddler was singing the Star Spangled Banner into a fake microphone for an imaginary crowd.

Since Chelsea uploaded the video, it’s quickly gone viral. The internet is absolutely obsessed with the singing toddler. It’s been viewed over 250,000 times since it’s been uploaded.

Maddy holds her toy microphone tightly as she sweetly sings our country’s anthem. Well, at least tries to anyway. Ever since she heard her dad practice singing this song, she’s tried her best to mimic him.

Apparently, the toddler sings this patriotic song quite often. Sometimes, she even asks her brother to join her. Our favorite part though — is the fact that she can’t quite sing the words correctly. She’s only 2-years-old after all.

Maddy will start and stop, make up her own words, get adorably side-tracked, but it’s the best thing you’ll ever watch. We promise.

A video was captured of a toddler dancing that is making the internet fall in love. There have been countless videos of little kids doing adorable, and sometimes impressive dances performances — but this? Beyond adorable!

A father and his young toddler daughter named Georgina were walking the streets of Galway City in Ireland. The old brick streets and stone buildings are something out of a storybook. To add to the ambiance — there’s a dancer dancing in the street.

The father decides to break out his phone to start filming the street performer dance and Irish jig and to also film his little daughter’s reaction to the entertainment. Little did he know that the video was going to go viral.

The adorable toddler named Georgina was about to become internet famous, and she can’t even speak in full sentences yet! Her eyes become locked on the talented dancing street performer, and Georgina can’t help but bust out a move or two herself!

The tap-dancing toddler begins performing her own dance, right next to the street artist — what happens next is too cute for words. It’s no wonder people all over the world are swooning over her!

The nurse tells him that in-fact, you were never going to be a father to begin with.

35 year-old Paul Servat and 37 year old Barbra Bienvenue began dating after meeting each other on an online dating site. One month after meeting, girlfriend Barbra announces she is pregnant. “We were so happy,” Servat said. “Even my parents, they were so looking forward to having grandchildren.

You can never escape the fact that one day you too will stand proud as a grandmother or a grandfather. You might think, “Oh! That’s a long, long time away! I’m still young, why should I think of the golden years now?” That’s true, you’re young (even at early 40s! :p), but someday you will get there, we’ll all get there – the golden years of our lives. Imagine at that time, your family isn’t as connected to you as you wished they were? What if, at that time, your grandchildren enjoyed being left alone than being around you? I hate to mention this, but from where I come, people move on faster than they can ever imagine.

Being a mother, I sometimes see my children and wonder, “Would this kind of environment have any effect on how they would treat me when I grow riper than the ripest banana?” I’ll be honest, it scares me, yes. Talking about myself, I’m still connected to the spirits of my late grandparents – for all I remember, they loved me, they cared and they were there for me. I still hold close a picture of them holding me when I was born! The smile on their faces melts my heart even today, and I thank them every day for making me possible! Learning to stay connected with grandparents is very important because as people grow in years, they seem to want more care.

They love being surrounded by people they love and care for, they love the idea of being an important person in the family and they love to be listened to and talked to. Who wouldn’t? Imagine a life where you have your entire family out in the garden, smiling and joking and you, the grandparent, are silently sitting inside because no one invited you out…heart-breaking isn’t it? Let’s remember our grandparents and let’s learn to connect with them so they always have a smile on their faces! Oh, and this is definitely going in my children’s Reading List!

I have little children so by the time I become a grandmother, you’ll have read this list a million times! Before my grandmother passed away, we used to talk about how she felt when she became a grandmother, whether she annoyingly felt old, whether she liked being a grandmother…and all I heard her say was, “I couldn’t believe it! I became a grandmother! Of course it felt scary, because it came with a whole set of new granny responsibilities, I certainly loved the idea of being able to share many happy years of memories, with you.”

According to a recent survey, 61% grandchildren stay in touch with their grandparents through phone calls, 10% through text messages and 9% through emails. Although I love using different technology to stay connected with people, I personally think that nothing can replace the impact of spending physical time with grandparents, whenever possible. Spending face-to-face time with grandparents will help families to keep an eye on your loving grandparents’ health and wellbeing. Here’s how you can make the most out of the personal time you spend with them:

Make a Family History Project Together

Take some time out and go through photo albums together, trade stories about family members and ask how they felt that very moment. My grandmother had a huge box of photographs and it would take me over a couple of hours to finish seeing them! The best part is that my grandmother remembered each and every moment, like it happened yesterday! She would tell me what transpired and what led to the photograph, which would magically take me back in time to see it happening again.

Say Yes To New Skills

What do you and your grandparents like doing? Whether it’s cooking, knitting, painting or sewing…pick something and share activities that you enjoy as a group. I taught my grandmother how to search the YouTube for her favourite videos and even showed her how to download it on the desktop! She also learned how to locate services on Google Maps and call in case she needed them. Boy did she love to order new scarves!

Maintain Family Traditions

If you think you can visit your grandparents every Sunday, do so every Sunday without fail. If you think you want to have dinner with them every Saturday, do so without fail. Maintain your family traditions so they have something and someone to expectJ. My grandmother always knew that Fridays were my days, so she would bake my favourite cookies and I would gift her, her favourite flowers. It was fun and I admit, I miss those times…Family traditions can provide an aged family member an opportunity to socialize and stay connected with family members, which can help minimize the feeling of being lonely or isolated.

Grandparents are a blessing, cherish the time you spend with them and treat them how you want to be treated when you’re as old as they are now…
