Joyce Jackman turned 102 on May 9 and attributes her fulfilling and joyful life to a nice time in the sack.
“Good sex and good sherry” are the keys to long-term happiness, according to Jackson, who told the workers at her Essex care home that the combination had helped her live for more than a century.
