The time for Natasha Romanoff to clear the blood from her ledger is finally here! Marvel has just announced that Black Widow will be releasing on both Disney Plus and theaters on July 9th, 2021!
This is not a surprise to many as speculation has only boomed as time has gone on, but to finally get confirmation is still great. We know that Disney already tried their hand with their $30 premium access service with films like Mulan, with minor success.
However, with a Marvel property and with the fact that it is releasing not only in theaters but also on streaming, it can only bode well for the financial prospects of this film.
If this film is successful then we can only assume that more Marvel films will take this route even after the pandemic.
Marvel Studios’ Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings has also received a new release date, now arriving on September 3, 2021.
