When Bruce Willis’ dementia diagnosis was announced, his family has emphasized his health and safety.
They celebrated the actor’s 68th birthday on Sunday.
Demi Moore, Willis’ ex-wife, posted a video on Instagram showing the group, which included his five kids, serenading him with a song before presenting him with a pie.
The message said:
“Happy birthday, BW! So glad we could celebrate you today. Love you and love our family. Thank you to everyone for the love and warm wishes we all feel them.”
Willis revealed in March that he will be retiring from acting due to an aphasia diagnosis. His family revealed in February that his condition had progressed to frontotemporal dementia.
Willis appeared joyful and animated in Moore’s video as he prepared to blow out the candles in his apple pie.
