Deadpool has seen a decent number of 1-on-1 fights over the years, most famously with Black Panther. However, there’s one character he’s dodged ever since he came into the picture in 1991: Deathstroke.
Yes, the time has now arrived for the Merc with a Mouth to finally meet his maker. No, this isn’t a prank. Deadpool was influenced by Deathstroke, which came out in 1980—though Deadpool co-creator Rob Liefeld insists they’re not the same character at all.
But wouldn’t you enjoy watching one of DC Comics’ most merciless killers taking on one of Marvel’s most ruthless killers?
Marvel and DC certainly have no current plans for these two to duke it out so…we present to you the long awaited question: who will win, Deadpool or Deathstroke?
