The film Free Guy was a summer surprise that continues to outperform expectations. In fact, today the Disney/20th Century Studios picture just crossed the $300 million mark at the global box office on Monday, becoming only the sixth Hollywood movie to do it in 2021.
So far, the Ryan Reynolds picture has made $114.1 million in the United States and $203.3 million elsewhere, for a total of $317.4 million. That’s an incredible accomplishment especially considering we are still in a pandemic.
And fans just can’t get enough of this movie. Going back to see it again and again.
