The release date of Harry Potter and The Cursed Child is projected to be at the end of 2021.

There are rumours that the Trailer for Harry Potter and The Cursed Child will debut in 2021.
There is no formal confirmation of the film yet, but there have been heavy speculation and suggestions that there will be another Harry Potter movie and that the old cast will even make a comeback in this one.
As much as some Harry Potter fans would prefer to remove from their past, that Harry Potter and the Cursed Child even exist the fact remains it does. And those who skipped that specific voyage, what you need to note is that Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is a play that opened for the first time in 2016. It takes place in 2017, 19 years since the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows film.
Since the play was revealed for the first time, and particularly after its script was published in book form, some people wondered if we’re ever going to get a Harry Potter and a Cursed Child movie. After all, we’ve got movies from all the original Harry Potter books, plus the Amazing Beasts movies — why not a play as well?
The great folks over at Stryder YouTube channel who create some of the coolest movie concept trailers have just released one for Harry Potter. Called: Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.
It was recently reported that a new Harry Potter film might be making its way to production, sooner than everyone had anticipated. Of course, this had Harry Potter fans working themselves into an excited frenzy at the news they had all been waiting to hear. It has been nearly nine years, since Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 hit the movie screens. Although the Fantastic Beasts series has been excellent at filling the Harry Potter void, in eager fans’ hearts; it appeared that a film centered around the offspring of the original and much loved characters. This is what people are holding out for; what we know about the film, is that it would be based on the smash hit Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Play.
As far as we can gather from our research, none of the original stars of the Harry Potter films, Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson have made any formal statements, nor made any social media teases, related to news of a new film. Interestingly, however, Daniel Radcliffe has recently been reported as saying he is sure that a Harry Potter reboot will be inevitable. He said: “I’m sure there will be some other version of it; I know I’m not the last Harry Potter I’m gonna see in my lifetime. It will be interesting to see how long those films stay — it feels like there’s a sacredness around them at the moment, but that’ll go, the shine will wear off at some point.”
