Harry Potter Stars Reuniting For Return to Hogwarts

Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson will join filmmaker Chris Columbus and other cast members from all eight Harry Potter films in returning to Hogwarts for the first time to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the franchise’s first film, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, which debuted 20 years ago today.

The retrospective special will tell a captivating making-of story through all-new in-depth interviews and cast discussions, inviting fans on a fantastical first-person journey through the most beloved movie franchises of all time.  

The much-anticipated reunion will be a holiday season highlight, premiering on HBO Max at midnight on New Year’s Day, January 1.

The special will also debut on TBS and Cartoon Network in spring 2022 ahead of the Warner Bros. Pictures theatrical debut of Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore, and will roll out globally with more details to come.

Alumni of the film franchise will join the memorable tribute, including Helena Bonham Carter, Robbie Coltrane, Ralph Fiennes, Jason Isaacs, Gary Oldman, Imelda Staunton, Tom Felton, James Phelps, Oliver Phelps, Mark Williams, Bonnie Wright, Alfred Enoch, Matthew Lewis, Evanna Lynch, and Ian Hart, among others.
