Officials suspect a 48-year-old Houston dog enthusiast may have been mauled to death by her own dogs when she attempted to interfere in a battle between her dogs and the neighbor’s canines.
Tiffany L. Frangione was named as the victim by the Houston Police Department (HPD) in a news statement.
On November 19, about 10:50 a.m., HPD patrol officers responded to a report of a deceased individual at 12410 Rockhampton Drive. According to HPD Homicide Division Detectives W. Huff, J. Nguyen, and J. Wallschlaeger, when officers arrived, they discovered Frangione in the backyard with puncture wounds to the neck.
