The only place to see Ghostbusters: Afterlife right now is in a movie theater, since it premiered on Friday, November 19th. After the film’s theatrical run, however, Ghostbusters: Afterlife will be available for purchase on digital platforms such as Amazon, iTunes, Google Play, YouTube, and Vudu.
When will Ghostbusters Afterlife be available to stream?
We don’t know, in a nutshell. Ghostbusters: Afterlife does not currently have a digital release date. Unlike other movie companies throughout the epidemic, Sony did not have a clear digital distribution plan. After being in cinemas for nearly 50 days, Sony’s previous major film, Venom: Let There Be Carnage, is still not accessible on digital, so if Ghostbusters Afterlife follows a similar pattern, it won’t be available until after the new year.
