One of Johnny Depp’s close pals broke down in court today (Wednesday, April 13) as he spoke about Amber Heard’s’malicious’ lie, stating he only wants the former partners to be allowed to ‘heal.’
Depp, 58, is suing his 35-year-old ex-wife Amber Heard for $50 million (£38.2 million) in defamation over domestic violence charges she made in a Washington Post piece.
One of Depp’s boyhood pals, Isaac Baruch, has been one of numerous persons testifying at the Fairfax County courthouse in Virginia, at one time extremely distraught behind the stand.
He said: “I want this all to end – her to go heal, him to go heal.
“So many people have been affected by this malicious lie that she started and she created.
“It’s not fair, it’s not right what she did, and what happened.
“For so many people to get affected from this, it’s insane, how this happened.”
According to 7News DC reporter Caroline Patrickis, Depp could be seen ‘smiling quite a bit’ as Baruch testified – at one point saying Heard claimed Depp had hit her but that she had no bruises or marks on her face.
