Hello comic book fans! I am so excited to finally be able to say that our first look at Marvel’s Shang-Chi is here!
The teaser trailer dropped earlier today as a surprise to many fans as an article was released just recently discussing how the trailer would not be released until two weeks later. However, and thankfully, Marvel decided to bless us with the teaser after all.
Here in this teaser we get to see Shang-Chi himself and also his seeming-to-be partner in crime, Aquafina. The Mandarin finally appears in the MCU as his first ‘debut’ was not really what fans wanted. He definitely gives off a charismatic and menacing vibe.
It will definitely be a Shang-Chi centric film, but I am interested to see what kind of story and depth is given to Aquafina’s character in the film.
The cinematography is looking to be excellent, which is to be expected from Bill Pope, who is the man responsible for the cinematography of the Matrix trilogy and Sam Raimi’s Spider-man 2.
Overall, everything seems to be on track for another Marvel studios banger and Shang-Chi should be a pillar of the MCU for years to come!
