It seems like the age old debate between Marvel and DC has been going on for ages. As long as I can remember this debate continues to live on. And I doubt it will ever be won by either side. Because there are just as many die-hard Marvel fans as there are DC fans.
So it’s almost impossible to call one better than the other. But that definitley doesn’t stop fan boys from letting the debate rage on!
But probably the most unlikely of sources decided to bring his opinion into this debate. None other than the world renown Astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson.
Tyson wasted no time at all in saying Marvel is “hands down” more scientifically accurate over its Burbank-based counterparts at DC Comics. “Oh yeah. No question. Oh, there’s no question,” Tyson says without skipping a beat. “Oh, it’s obvious. Marvel wins that contest hands down over DC Comics if for no other reason that almost, minus Thor and maybe one or two others that I’ve lost track of, almost everyone with powers in Marvel Comics, those powers are derived from something scientific that happened to them.”
