The Matrix Resurrections trailer has been published by Warner Bros. The teaser is accompanied by word that tickets for the fourth Matrix film will go on sale on December 6th. Lana Wachowski is back to write and direct The Matrix Resurrections. Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss reprise their roles as Neo and Trinity, respectively, from the original Matrix trilogy.
The new video repeats the question “What happens when they alter something?” from the original The Matrix. Fans will recall that alterations to the Matrix’s coding induce a sensation of déjà vu among those who inhabit it. This might be related to co-writer David Mitchell’s previous statements implying that The Matrix Resurrections is more than just a standard sequel.
