Parents of Teen Who Died From Free-Fall Ride Sue For Wrongful Death

The adolescent who died after falling off a ride in Florida should never have been permitted to ride, according to his parents, who have filed a new lawsuit against the park.

Nekia Dodd and Yarnell Sampson, the parents of late 14-year-old Tyre Sampson, have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against ICON Park and its relevant collaborators, including the developers and operators of the free-fall attraction, alleging carelessness… among other things.

Last week 14 year old Tyre Sampson fell to his death. He was 6'5", 340lbs.
