Even though going to Costco is usually considered an ‘errand,’ you’ve got to admit that it’s a pretty amazing store. And although the free samples and giant tubs of Red Vines are awesome, you’d never expect to get an impromptu musical performance.
YouTube user, hyp3r247, uploaded a video of an incredible piano duet played right in the middle of Costco. Since the video was posted, it has been viewed almost 4.5 million times. When you watch it, you’ll know why.
The YouTuber was walking in Costco on a completely normal day; all of the sudden she noticed that a store salesman was playing one of the display pianos. Throwing caution to the wind, she decided to take a seat next to him and join in.
“COSTCO IMPROV: You just never know what you will encounter in life! Walked into a Costco, heard the salesman play a beautiful song and I joined in for some fun!! Totally made my day!” is what she wrote on YouTube.
The ‘beautiful song’ that she mentions just happens to be Adele’s “Someone Like You.” A song that almost everyone walking by recognized and they couldn’t help but stop and stare at their amazing talent.
