Sony pictures and Marvel have really hit a home run with the recent Spider-man movies staring Tom Holland.
And also, the incredible Spider-man: Into the Spider-Verse, which won an Academy Award for best animated film. But despite all that success, there are still many Spidey fans who have a special love for some of the past actors who played Spider-man.
while many people fell in love with Shameik Moore’s take on Miles Morales AKA the Ultimate Spider-Man, there’s still a lot of fondness for actors Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield, and more recently Tom Holland’s versions of Peter Parker. And while some fans would have loved to see those characters team up and appear in Spider-Verse, it didn’t come together — but now we know it came very close to happening. As revealed by producer Christopher Miller during ComicBook.com’s Quarantine Watch Party of the film, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse almost featured a post-credits scene with those three actors alongside John Mulaney’s hilarious Spider-Ham.
