In the 2 months after the Playstation 5 first came up for pre-order, getting the console in stock has become mission impossible for many. But if you’re trying to purchase the PS5 on the day of launch, there’s always a possibility you can do it at Walmart. The retailer posted precise information as to when the PS5 will be accessible on Walmart.com today (November 12), while there is just one more PS5 window remaining at this stage tonight.
The PS5 and PS5 Digital Version have been up for sale at Walmart.com today which started at 12pm EST earlier today, 3pm, 6 PM PT/9 PM ET, and a final window time coming up later tonight, so set your alarm now.
Unfortunately, the first three window time frames have come and gone as quickly as they emerged, with the PS5 being sold out in a matter of minutes.
I myself have tried at 12, 3 and 6pm and so far I have had no shot. Not even getting to the cart of the website. That’s how fast they have been selling out. I’m sure in no small part due to bots that have really gotten out of hand with big online purchases like this.
Even being on the website and updating right at restock time has contributed to web failures, poor loading, and the failure to properly add the console to your cart as the button appears or disappears. Or the entire screen will freeze which happened to me.
It doesn’t bode well for the restock that will occur later tonight at 9 PM ET, but it’s worth a shot if you haven’t been able to secure the console so far. We recommend that you make sure your Walmart account and payment details are up to date prior to the sale time of 9pm EST tonight, in order to help check out smoothly, but you will need a lot of luck.

Walmart also had the Xbox Series X/S available for online purchase on Tuesday, but only one time slot was available, and (unsurprisingly) stock sold out fast.If you miss out on the launch day restock for either console, the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S will be available to buy in GameStop stores during Black Friday, though stock will be extremely limited.
