Who Is Punching Lizard in New Spider-Man: No Way Home Trailer?

Regarding the new Spider-Man No Way Home trailer that was just released, one of the biggest things that the world has been buzzing about is a clip near the end of the trailer and whether it may point to Tobey and Andrew being present.

It has been reported that there are multiple versions of the trailer.

Spidey fan-boys were quick to point out, however, that one version of the teaser didn’t appear to cut out everything that was meant to be cut out. In this case, the three aforementioned villains are soaring into the air when Lizard’s head is yanked to the side, as if he’s being hit or kicked.

That begs the question of who was taken away from the trailer?

Despite his protests, Andrew Garfield’s portrayal of Peter Parker is most likely the one hitting the Lizard in the trailer. After all, Lizard (Rhys Ifans) originally debuted in Garfield’s The Amazing Spider-Man. We haven’t received official confirmation that Garfield will be in the movie, but based on the plausible story and Garfield’s over-the-top denials, and that undeniable footage, I think it’s a safe bet he will in fact be in the movie.
