Bob Odenkirk, the Nobody star and title character of Better Call Saul, has been cast in Marvel Studios’ Wonder Man television series.
Wonder Man is brimming with energy, as is typical of the ionically propelled figure. We learnt earlier this week that Yahya Abdul-Mateen II has been cast in Andrew Guest’s new series as Simon Williams, nicknamed Wonder Man.
We also know that Ben Kingsley will reprise his role as Trevor Slattery, reuniting with director Destin Daniel Cretton. Guest and Cretton will executive produce the series.
The presence of Trevor Slattery, as well as the role that our sources say Bob Odenkirk will play, led us to assume that the series will place a strong emphasis on Simon Williams’ acting career.
