The Spider-Man and Marvel Universes are expanding with new films, but fans are dissatisfied with Sony’s newest comment on their casting choices.
Every Marvel fan is hoping that Andrew Garfield will reprise his role as web-slinger Peter Parker in The Amazing Spider-Man 3. Sony Pictures appears to be setting the ground for Spidey’s comeback by expanding its Spider-Man world with future films Kraven the Hunter, Madame Web, and an undisclosed Marvel film.
Despite this, it appears that Spider-Man has no future in Sony’s Spider-Verse, as seen by the recent elimination of all Spidey-Man references in Morbius and the character’s absence in the next Marvel films under Sony’s management.
With Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man return in limbo, fans aren’t too happy with Sony Pictures CEO Tony Vinciquerra’s latest comment on Bad Bunny and Aaron Taylor-Johnson joining the Marvel collection:
“Bad Bunny is going to be a big Marvel star…Aaron Taylor-Johnson is Kraven” – Sony Pictures CEO Tony Vinciquerra is excited to welcome two #BulletTrain stars into the #SpiderMan universe
