In the hands of a Jedi or a Sith, a lightsaber is an extremely powerful weapon in any fictional universe. In the hands of Captain America, his shield is one of the most formidable defensive weapons in any fictional universe.
When put to the test against one another in a real-world environment, could Cap’s shield withstand a powerful cutting weapon such as the lightsaber? That is pretty hard to imagine but Kyle of Nerdist has a pretty good idea of how that scenario will play out in our world.
