Mom collapses with young kids at home but daughter’s quick actions save her life

The young girl remained calm and dialed 911. The dispatcher asked her many questions to determine the nature of the issue, and she kept the child on the line until assistance arrived at the family’s house.

“My mama fell and she can’t talk,” Isla explained to the operator.

Then she said that her eyes were closed, she wasn’t asleep, and they were in the kitchen.

The woman on the other end of the phone told the young girl that aid would be on its way shortly.

Soon later, police from the Franklin Township Police Department arrived at the family’s home and discovered that the door was closed.

Isla, the daring one, pulled a chair to the door, stood on it, and opened it for them.

While the cops were tending to her mother, the toddler prepared her younger brothers (2 and 1-year-old) breakfast, assuring them that “all will be well.”

Haley Glaser was rushed to the hospital and hospitalized for four days before being returned home to heal.
