HBO Max aired a promotional montage for their future new series and movies at the 2021 Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony tonight. The clip included the first look at John Cena’s Peacemaker, which will air on HBO Max in January 2022.
Cena’s anti-hero was seen stepping out of a car in full costume for a sit-down meal with other important cast members in the six seconds of footage. Following that were a few fast action pictures of Cena’s Christopher Smith doing target practice, firing weapons at a scrap of metal to make a bullet-indented piece sign.
